ABOUT THE GUEST SPEAKER To launch this new series of Conservative Conversations we have invited former Conservative MP, David Anderson, to be our guest speaker. Since retiring in 2015, David launched Free to Believe, a natural progression of his work with the International Panel of Parliamentarians for Freedom of Religion or Belief – a network of parliamentarians and legislators from around the world committed to combatting religious persecution and advancing freedom of religion or belief. David is dedicated to pursuing the principle of human freedom – freedom to believe, to be, and to speak. Many of us feel like we are under pressure because of our beliefs. The freedoms to believe and to live out those beliefs are fundamental rights that all people deserve and for which we should fight. |
